Entrevista
A recruiter from LinkedIn approached me and offered me an interview with CohnReznik recruiter in charge of South Florida region. He seemed to connect with me very well and asked me to pick a starting date, among which were 4 months away (after the tax season). I followed up the next day and he never responded and told my recruiter that his firm was pausing recruitment due to tax season and told me to follow up after the busy season. I did and was simply told that they were no longer hiring even though I saw multiple offers for the same location and position. So hypocritical. Why couldn’t you just tell me that I was not qualified or not a fit? Wasted my time!

Entrevista
I did an initial screen with someone in HR. After that, I had a day of virtual video interviews with different team members. The conversations were very straight forward and were mostly centered around learning about my work experience and learning about the team I was going to be working with. The whole process moved pretty quickly as I received an offer about a week after the interviews.

They asked me to describe my work experience at my prior jobs
The interview was very conversational, I got to see some of the office. Some technical concepts were brought up and we discussed prior work experience. We also discussed the day to day work and processes. The interviewers were very friendly - I interviewed with a couple seniors as well as a partner.
