The first time they reached out to me on LinkedIn, I didn’t respond, as I was already familiar with this type of company. However, they later followed up with a message
They then sent me a very long and specific task, which I believe was intended for use on their social media channels. This task came with no branding guidelines, no clear creative direction, and was assigned on very short notice. Despite that, I completed it and submitted on time.
After waiting a full week, I only received a rejection letter without any explanation. What I find problematic is that I have worked with some of the best firms in the Middle East, yet the people evaluating my work in this case are not true specialists in video production

Entrevista
The Interview process is not professional. Their head of technology is arrogant and control freak. His main purpose of the interview is to knock candidates off. Most (if not all) of his questions are very generic and broad and most of the time they miss context. I would not recommend any one to apply.

I was interviewed by the HR for senior customer relations officer, and after they sent me the offer it showed that the contract is for a customer relations officer, and i had 4 days to respond for the offer, i started thinking about the offer and then the HR called me and talked to me in a so unprofessional behavior and she was so tough! She was frustrated about the questions i asked her about to compare the job pros and cons as i believe i have the right to study every new unknown opportunity coming to my life. So unprofessional
