Recruiter screening, OA, final rounds of interview with 2 technical 1hr each and behavioral 45min Interviewers we’re very friendly, I personally thought I did well, but then recruiter reached out saying the team decided to pass without any further explanation, I asked for feedback and was ignored.

This was literally the dumbest interview I've ever taken. It's a complete waste of time... for some reason they're more interested in their invisible checkbox rubric during this process than actually assessing the candidates talent. Had phone screening, then cognitive, then self-paced tech assessment, then preparatory meeting, then three interviews––two of which were technical. Honestly this was a joke... completed every technical problem correctly but in the end the feedback I got was "we wanted you to communicate more during your interview." *mind blown* maybe ask me questions then? Or maybe preface the interview with "please explain your thoughts while programming." Seems like they're just interested in herding applicants through their dismal interview process instead of actually rewarding technical talent.
