First was a phone screen with a recruiter who spoke like an auctioneer. Said they are looking to fill the role fast. I then took an assessment and had 5 interviews with the team (CEO, Co-founder, VP and a recruiter). The first interview with the CEO was through video and he was licking his fingertips because he was eating something during the designated interview time. He had no idea he was on camera.. He had "technical" difficulties and I thought to myself that was weird but oh well... I had such a great conversation with everyone through video but they ghosted me. No closure, nothing. I have emailed the CEO and Co-founder a couple times and still nothing.. It has been two months. This goes to show what type of company this is. They do not care for the candidate experience. As a recruiter, it makes me understand what I never want to be in my professional career. Coit group is just another "agency" who does not care.

Entrevista
Initial call with recruiter, will make the roles they have seem very interesting, will stress the benefits such as "Unlimited PTO", flexible schedules, etc. These are misnomers as they will have you taking less vacation then regular entry level roles, and flexible schedules refers to your need to be flexible to work on the weekends.
Next is a call with the first CEO, was slightly late but held a decent conversation asking me about some of the details of my experience and interest. After about 30 minutes his laptop died, and he didn't send any follow up correspondence afterwards.
After first CEO interview they will make you undergo a personality and cognition test. It is quite easy like most of them, and are mostly just trying to see if you are willing to work yourself to the bone for success.
After passing the test, you will undergo another call with the next CEO. For me the call lasted less than 10 minutes. He was unprepared, hadn't looked at my resume beforehand and frankly didn't know what to even ask other than "tell me about your relevant experience." No time to ask questions about anything, just said I'll talk to the recruiter and see.
After that prepared to either get an offer, or in my case get ghosted by all parties.

Manager scheduled a call through LinkedIn and called on time, seemed a little bit uninterested in the call but then said he would like to continue for the next steps, he sent me an aptitude test I had to pass and after I completed it I never got a reply, for good or worse.
