Easy and simple. Mostly, simple behavioral like what are your greatest strength questions and rescheduling for the next interview. It was at an indeed mass hiring event so sadly the follow up interview was never established and I was ghosted
30 minute first round, very basic questions. Telling stories of significant projects in your background, no technical questions. No extra prep is needed at all. Do not need pharma experience but it is very helpful.

Overall went well. Took over two hours. Received a full tour after initial interview, then sat down for a group interview with almost the entire engineering staff.
