Open interview with about 3 candidates and 3 interviews. Open setting, very easy. The questions were very easy. We had to impress the manger. Everyone was super friendly. It was a very chill, very easy interview. Was able to ask several questions.

Informal one on one with the manager in the front of the store. Very basic questions about availability and hours. Was pretty much offered the job on the spot and asked about what day I could start working.

Group interview Usually the owner will interview you but sometimes the shift lead will do an interview. Basic questions to get to know your personality. Make sure not to be shy because they want to see someone who can greet customers and have a smile.
