Yearly GCI, plans to expand personal brand/business phone, 1:1, and panel interviews. All involved seemed prepared, interested, and proud of their company. Mostly they want to know you’ll be bringing in business so the company gets it’s 30% + of your sales

Simple, had some questions but I was looking to join a team so the onboarding went very smoothly. The entire process probably took a month to get fully onboarded, but I appreciated the support staff being there to help with all my questions.

Interview process is easy. Asked if I was interested in working full or part time. Explained what to expect, explained their %cut%, and who I would shadow. I was a fairly new agent at the time, and unfortunately, it didn't hold true to the shadowing part. I was thrown in the water, which hind site was probably the best way to learn....quickly.
