Scheduled appointment, meet with manager for an hour, was offered a split. Overall it was positive and engaging and they have a good onboarding process and training and are a decent brand.

Tell me about other sales experience you have had?
You interview the broker/office manager, versus them interviewing you. It’s an easy, fairly informal process that can take place in the office or offsite at a location of your choosing. This is where you learn about the company and ask any questions you have.
Fluid process. Very transparent about commission splits, front desk office time requirements, charity work for the community and administative process in the office relative to paperwork, invoice submission and marketing material provided.

Entrevista
I met with the manager in a one-on-one interview, she asked about my experience and my professional goals. In addition to discussing their referral program and company structure, I was given a tour of the office and met some of the other sales associates.
