need a washington brokers license. Managing broker discussed the costs for fees and services to join the local MLS. Also reviewed the benefits of Coldwell Bankers training, advertising and marketing materials available to new agents.
They were very friendly and easy going, they told me the story of Coldwell banker and the history behind the company, they also went into detail about the position and answered all my questions.

Interview process was casual while informative and welcoming. I found the manager to be very uplifting and helpful while remaining very thorough. Company culture was also an important highlight of the interview.
