One on one interview with the Broker. The interview was very casual. I was asked questions about how many hours I was willing to work. I was told that every one was expected to work Monday's and that everyone had to work phone duty at least one day a week. I felt more like I was talking to a friend that being interviewed. I was told that there would be a background check and offered the job on the first interview

Simple, had some questions but I was looking to join a team so the onboarding went very smoothly. The entire process probably took a month to get fully onboarded, but I appreciated the support staff being there to help with all my questions.
