Overall the experience was very mixed for me... Leaning more negative than positive. Most people are likely to have a better experience.
Pros: The team was VERY nice, the benefit package was more than competitive, and before a decision was made there was important discussions about what the transition to the team would look like. The interview/pre-screen wasn't full of "gotcha questions", I confidentially answered questions about my professional experience.
Cons: I don't exactly live close, hence the important discussions mentioned prior... I traveled 3.5 hours EACH way to go to a job interview. In the end I wasn't offered a position. Likely, the company already wanted to move forward with another candidate and this was just a formality. In addition, it took many calls, texts, and RE-scheduling to get the interview set up. I was told a day would work, and got ghosted until a couple days after the proposed date.
