I was contacted by a HR representative/consulting firm hired by Coleman Engineering via email to set up a phone interview. I gave several times I was available, but she requested we speak the same day. She was very pleasant easy to talk to with a direct and appropriate series of questions. Our conversation ended up lasting about an hour. About 10 days later the same woman followed-up for a face-to-face interview. This was to be held at the company headquarters with the owner, and the HR representative. This interview was also very pleasant. The questions from the owner of the company were direct, and he was responsive to my answers.
