There’s two types, the group interviews and solo. I’ve done both. Group interviews are basically just made up of mini games where manager gives scenarios and asks you to choose and pair items. This applies to solo interviews also.

Quite simple, normal interview questions and pretty laidback! Online interview was conducted in a group format, however I had a 1 on 1 interview beforehand with the regional manager. She was very sweet and accomodating, made the interview less nerve wracking
