Entrevista
Interview process had 4 stages (HR recruiter screen, candidate exercise, hiring manager interview, panel interview), with a potential for a final interview with the executive director, if moving on. Total time from HR screen to final decision was 4.5 weeks, and from application submission to final decision was 8 weeks.
All stages of interview included situational and behavioral questions, with the expectation that you answer using the standard STAR method. Most of these questions were about understanding the candidate's thought processes, communication style, and decision-making skills.
The recruiter was exceptional, providing routine updates very soon after each step, and even providing helpful individualized feedback after it was over. She was very knowledgeable about the role and the company's culture and values, and polite and professional in delivering each bit of news.
