      Easy and fast, give your honest view and opinion and you will be fine. Great place to work! I would apply without a doubt or the position. This could include criteria such as academic standing, interpersonal skills, and relevant experience. Phone or Video Interview: Conduct a brief phone or video interview with each candidate to assess their communication skills, enthusiasm for the role, and ability to work with others. Ask questions about their experiences with mentoring or supporting peers, as well as their understanding of the responsibilities of a peer mentor. Behavioral Interview: Invite promising candidates for a more in-depth behavioral interview. Ask them to provide specific examples of how they have supported their peers in the past, how they handle conflicts or difficult situations, and what strategies they would use to build rapport with mentees.
