Entrevista
Interviewed for a director level role that took five rounds and multiple writing submissions and tests. Everyone was pleasant and nice, but the process seemed like overkill and took a LOT of time, and made me skeptical of the operations of that department and overall organization. HR/recruiter was not pleasant when I declined the job.

Thoughtful and good communication. 1st and 2nd rounds they provided a good overview of the role. Up front about salary. 3rd round is writing exercise (can’t speak to that didn’t make it). Communicated promptly when they chose not to advance to the next round.
