Run on a college campus. Pretty relaxed interview. They will try to sell you on the bonuses you can make. Eventually you'll learn this are not really possible to realistically achieve. They hire pretty much everybody and expect a lot of people will just quit. They will definitely try to sell you on the idea that you should work here if you're motivated to make a lot of money this summer. The interview is basically done by a college kid in a college classroom. If you go in and act like a mature professional you will get the job.
