Initially contacted by in-house recruiter who set-up the first video interview. They spelled my name wrong on the video interview invitation, so I never received it. Recruiter called to ask why I wasn't on the call - it ws their error, not mine. Set up an initial call with two senior staff after they corrected their error. First interview was pretty basic. One of the interviewers seemed to be distracted and not engaged with the conversation. Call ended more or less positively with a second call to be scheduled. Second video call was 10 weeks later. Seemed to be positive and was told I was the only candidate being interviewed. 6 weeks after that was told "things had changed" and was told the qualifications for the role had been altered. Zero communications between video calls.
