They’re really looking to see how you collaborate, listen, and bring others into the conversation, rather than just focusing on individual performance.

The assessment centre was 1 competency-based interview in the morning with 2 interviewers. There were about 5-10 set questions that they score you on. Group task (commercial-awareness based) in the afternoon with a presentation on findings.
