We had a pre placement talk followed by a group discussion and personal interview. Manager took the personal interview while gd was conducted by HR. HR and manager were cool.

The interviewers focused mostly on relevant industry experience and personal characteristics questions. They were looking for someone with experience, who could be a long-term asset in a functional role.
