The process was fairly standard, the role relies on initiative and being a self-starter / quick learner. Overall, attitude is most important, having the right mindset to overcome obstacles and being able to communicate well.
I got a phone call got an over the phone interview with a member of the team. They called me at the appointed hour and asked questions about my experience, past employment, etc.
4 interviews, met them at lunch was casual conversation, 1 couldn't make it so i did the other interview in the office, nothing too technical. Not a bad process. Discussed resume, experience, what my value is to the team.
