Two phone screenings where a full background check is done, followed by a 1-1 interview with senior management. Senior management interview concentrated on project management skills, asked real life problems and requested to propose solutions. All the other regular questions were present (tell about yourself, what's your short and long term goal ... etc). Final step was a panel interview with the project team, which was a mix of technical and behavioral interview but not as hard as the first interview.
