It was a zoom interview with a few employees and me. It wasn't too formal and became more or less a conversation. I didn't feel too nervous, they just wanted to get to know me.

The interview process was smooth, a simple online application, followed by a telephone interview and an online assessment centre.
However, in my assessment centre stage, I was asked about my personal political opinion which put me off the internship opportunity

Very friendly people that want to get to know your traits. Involved an online application and then a phone call. Afterwards, I was invited to their office for an in-person interview.
