The interviews were kind of disjointed between a prescient call and HR call before I talked to the actual team. Kind of disjointed experience between the prescreen call and the interview. It really did not seem like anyone on the HR side knew what the actual role did.

Adds interviews to an already lengthy process, ghosts candidates, and then decides to close jobs and reopen them a month later. No consideration for the time wasted. Their posts are not consistent, they’ll list it as remote and then tell you it’s fully onsite.
