I applied for the position over 4 months ago and received a text message invite for a recruiter to contact me. After the phone interview the recruiter stated she would forward my information over to manager. 2 months later the manager contacts me for a sudden 24 hour phone screen; I completed the interview with two managers asking various customer service and STAR type questions. It’s been over 30 days and I have not heard anything. Very unprofessional and lack of communication for such a glorified company.
