I was called by a recruiter only a few hours after a one-on-one with an engineer at a career fair. After this, I was scheduled for an interview for the next day. There was only one 30-45 minute behavioral interview assessing technical understanding and software engineering experience. No preliminary online assessment or subsequent on-site interview.

Single interview, which asked questions about previous work experience on resume and asked behavioral questions such as 'describe on time you've had to work with a difficult co-worker/teammate' and talk about time you encountered a difficult problem and how you went about solving it.
