Applied online to the job, I received an email from the talent acquisition team member. 1) interview with TA - general question, was disappointed they didn't turn their camera on. 2) long interview with hiring manager, they were very excited to be recruiting for this new position, pretty positive time 3) panel interview with some of the team members, who weren't too sure on what they should be asking or how to conduct an interview but over all nice folks 4) follow up with TA and then... nothing.
