C&MA Co-op role: Hireview, then months later 1 on 1 with the manager, then a panel with the team. Mostly basic behavioral questions like greastest strength and weakness and walk me through your resume. Some technical questions but they are just about your past experience. Overall easy and doable.

I went to the virtual career fair at my school and after looking at my resume, the recruiter set up an interview with me for the following week. I did my interview over Zoom and it was a 15-20 minute interview. The process was very smooth and quick.
