The application process was difficult as the program was not working correctly. The interview was conducted by a supervisor at that time and she did a fine job. She pretty much asked the ordinary questions that you would expect at a temporary job interview. You could tell she had interviewed others in the past and knew what she was doing. I knew I had a job by the end of the interview.
