Interview process screening was quick. Was not with an HR or recruiter about the hiring manager. Thought interview went well, followed up after by email. But the negative side was absolutely no contact positive or negative even after an additional follow up. I never heard anything in over a month. That raises a red flag for me wanting to work for the company in the future. If you’ve discussed on the phone you should receive a denial or further steps.
