Applied via LinkedIn, was contacted by a recruiter a week later. Went through 3 rounds of interviews. Although the interviews went very well, ultimately I had my time wasted. The recruiter informed me that I was over-qualified for the position (They could have told me this in Round 1 or 2) in lieu of taking the interview to final stages and having me wait a couple days for a decision. The recruiter also said he would follow up with another opportunity but never hard back.
