I write not about the interview questions, panel, or results. I write about the overall low level of professionalism and respect shown to the applicants. Flying across the country twice for an interview without so much as acknowledgment, or thank you, or update on the position. No word whatsoever how the process ended. It makes one realize they’re perhaps lucky to not accept the offer and work there as that’d be the level of attention once employed. Dodged a bullet, as it were.
