Video interview that is more basic than other video systems. Other systems have a back button + let you approve/rewatch/redo your video. Columbia's just keeps moving forward, so when I accidently clicked my mouse before answering a question, I was essentially done. I know the job market is abysmal, so they probably have dozens of other good people to pick from so don't notice or care, but the lack of a functioning system makes them look bad. Thanks for wasting candidate time
