The actual interview process was good. Good communication during the process and relatively swift movement through the rounds. However, after being offered a position, I waited three months for a contract that never came. I had to resume my job search after so much time had passed because it would have been irresponsible to wait any longer for the job. During these three months, I also de the worst communication. Not once was I reached out to proactively to inform me of what was going on. It was often like pulling teeth trying to get them to talk to me. Overall it was a weird experience but the whole thing really reflects poorly on the university and how it respects its job candidates and onboarding hires.
