I was out of state so I initially had a phone call with HR and then a technical phone interview with the lead programmer. From there they flew me out to the Tucson studio and the rest of the interview process seemed more of testing my character and how I got along with everyone rather than my technical skills.

I was approached by a temp recruiter for a position they had open for a software test engineer. After a brief technical interview with the lead of the team I sat down with the rest of the team where they asked more informal questions. Overall it was a enjoyable interview.

Pretty straight forward. Most of the CSR are contingent staff, which is handled by Wired Talent which is a temp agency. The position is full time, and they go on to tell you that there is the possibility of getting hired on but that is highly unlikely unless you are also going to school for something else in the game field like 3D design, programming etc.
