The hiring and interview process was very easy. The recruiters and managers are very nice people that have genuine interest in the company they work for! The hiring process takes only a week, and they schedule interviews quickly.

One phone call, where they asked me basic behavioral questions. I was emailed a couple days later with an offer letter. I had about two weeks to accept my offer.

Entrevista
Very typical interview process. They ask questions based on the Situation, Actions, Results method. Just be sure to stay positive in your interview, and come with real experiences where you persevered through something to receive a better result. They will ask you about ten questions regarding a variety of different circumstances.
