Unfortunately this interview experience was quite negative from the moment I spoke with leadership. I was spoken down to and my experience was not respected in a way that felt related to age. When I answered open-ended questions, the interviewer would respond "no" and then ask the specific question she actually wanted to know - this style of communication was discouraging. I withdrew my application knowing this person would have been my supervisor.

Entrevista
Started with a screening call where we discussed expectations. They explained extensively what the job entailed (being on phone all day and scheduled breaks). Chose not to proceed to final interview.
