2 initial interviews with head of HR and the hiring manager, 2nd round was 3 members of senior leadership. All interviews were conversational about your background and your personality fit. Everyone I met with was engaged and passionate about the company!

Very unusual experience. Zoom type interview. The hiring manager was actually working and typing while interviewing me. Was distracted and disconnected plus seemed stressed. Had couple more interviews, the head of HR was pleasant and professional but I can't say the same about the other two department heads. I didn't get an offer, but wouldn't have accepted had I received one. Complete waste of time.
