The first interview was not technical and the questions were quite disappointing. There were questions like can you setup an ETL pipeline, can you put ML models in production, can you present results to the clients. I consider the interview a waste of my time given that at least it was not followed by a test if they could not believe in women being capable developers, only some weeks after they informed me that they need a more technical person, I did ask what skills are thy referring to that I lack, the answer was “more business experience”.
