I had a phone screen, and then met with people in their offices. I met with one person who actually was in the business and seemed knowledgeable. One person who was purely HR. And one person who seemed to have an HR title and also a business function. They seemed to be unclear about the reporting relationships and there seemed to be a lack of clarity as to future org structure - didn't provide a lot of confidence that this would be a great place to be.
