Before the interview began in full there was a presentation by current senior staff outlining the goals and history of the company. Following the applicants filled out a booklet with questions pertaining to Stewarding before the one to one interviews. The interviews themselves were quite laidback offering a chance to relay your circumstances if necessary and ask any final questions
