HR contacted me and we arranged all process very quickly, and it was this way before. Before company let go some of great HR persons, process is getting worse. Depending on interviews, you mind find yourself a victim of persons which have need to prove their own knowledge and make them better guys by making sure you don't know the response.

Two interviews one with HR manager and another with direct manager. It was very straight forward, polite and professional. HR manager asked standard questions, explained position details, expectations and hiring process. Direct manager was more focused on my current experiences, my view on some concrete business cases etc.
