I applied and was contacted by many recruiters. Scheduled an interview, which was held in Silver Springs, MD (about an hour away from where I applied). There I interviewed with 4 different people. After the interview, the recruiter called and I reiterated that I applied for the White Marsh position. Another interview was scheduled and the offer was made.

The interview was very smooth and straightforward they ask questions dealing with your previous job experiences and skills. They ask about key metrics used and numbers. They ask how to deal with a customer that is upset and angry.

Wow - they ask you like 35 questions - or that's what it felt like! 2 people interviewing you. They are asking you sales questions and many different scenarios. Be prepared to answer how you would overcome objections.
