Entrevista
1. Phone interview- basic situational questions and talked about past work experiences
2. Online assessment-60 minute personality test that if you don't finish it in time you fail.
3. Go to the call center and listen to them just talk about the company. The whole process was about three hours....then they give you a mock call and record you to see how well you answer the phone.
4. Interview with managers
Process took way too long for what you do at the job. The enployees were wearing pajamas and not professionally dressed.

Entrevista
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
