Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Comcast em mar. de 2011
Entrevista
Interview was casual, laid back. I was told initially that the position was supporting 2 or 3 people. During the interview, I was told it was supporting the entire "team" of the new office.....some 11 people. Once it was known that my work history was supporting one senior high level executive, I could see I was not going to be considered for the job, even though he was impressed with my background. Comcast and NBC Universal had recently merged and I could see from this HR person that
Comcast does not see eye to eye with NBC's culture.

Panel zoom call & project to do at home. Not super clear instructions. Mostly talked about the VP and what she likes and how the team works together. Felt a bit intense.

There were three sessions, one with a recruiter, then an executive panel, followed by an interview with your principal. They were very thorough interviews with questions focused on leader behaviors and support.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Comcast (New York, NY) em set. de 2018
Entrevista
Interview process took a little over two months. I applied via Comcast's website, had a phone interview, Skype interview and two in-person interviews. Everyone that I met with were extremely personable, responsive to my questions, and had me excited for the possibility of working with the Comcast team.
At the very end, I found myself suddenly ghosted after responsiveness and courtesy. It's rude and disrespectful for potential employees to ghost companies who are taking time out to meet with them. Why, then, is this behaviour acceptable when it comes to potential employers ghosting the individuals who took time out of their busy days to meet with them? It doesn't take long to send a "Thank you for your time, but we've gone in a different direction" email. That's just bad form.
