You arrive as a big class of various individuals pursuing various roles. After a 1.5 hr presentation, all individuals are divided up among the departments they are pursuing, I went with the sales team. At that point you start on the ground floor in a round group session divided up two managers per group of 4 to 6 individuals at which point various open ended questions are asked and your responses are monitored in addition to your behavior among the group. Next they ask for only two or three individuals to make it on to the next round which is taken up to the second level of the building and those individuals are asked more questions by an individual that is going to be their immediate supervisor when hired. This is a competing round, the individual that succeeds here makes it to the next stage. I was chosen out of my group of three and the other two guys were sent home. They took me up to the very top floor in which I was interviewed in a more relaxed fashion by the department manager, after which point that individual makes the final hiring decision.

Interview with a 2 manager panel. Managers split the service area by teams. One manager over one half of the DSR team, the other covering the other team. Interview was standard questions around previous work experiences and situations.
