Submit app through website. HR calls for preliminary screening interview. If you pass, you go onto manager interview. They ask about experience, why you think you'd be a good fit, and describe the job so you'll know what you're walking into.

Tell me about a time you took a difficult situation (in a sale), and turned it into a new customer. Expect some cliche interview questions, even with a good interviewer. The entire process is scripted on 5 pages with areas for notes.

Online, structured with questions. Approximate time thirty to forty minutes. A series of approximately ten questions with time for follow up. Interviewer was pleasant and the questions were what I expected.

Was asked to make a video answering 3 questions before moving on the next step, It was odd, if employers don't have time to review a resume or conference someone that you're interested in hiring should we all just start off with a video and slide show.
