Contacted by recruiter upon a week of submitting my application with an email to set up a time to talk more about the role. Discussed about the title, my experience, salary expectations, benefits, and what the coding interview portion would entail. Comcast was competitive in compensation when compared to the other traditional engineering companies that I was interviewing for during the time. The recruiter was responsive up until I was told that they would get back to me after completing their Android app. Reached out twice in the past 3 weeks to the same recruiter with no response, when I finally hear back from their internal recruiter I'm told that they're so sorry at the team has taken this long to get back to me. Finally, I get an auto-generated response letting me know that they've reviewed my resume and I'm not qualified, despite already having a recruiter contact me to talk over my resume and give me the interview challenge for the position? What is going on over at their Talent Acquisition? No code review from the team, either. Disappointing given the amount of time that candidates need to spend when completing these assignments.
