Simple and straight... Looking for people with sales experience. You have to pass two phases of interview and also a drug and background check to be employed. The first interview is conducted by Hr or Managers and the 2nd is done by the sale supervisors. The supervisors have a strong say on your being employed or not.

3 part interview process . The first two were fairly simplest the third one was a little intimidating just because of how in depth the questions were . Back ground check only took 7 days to come back . So all in all I give it a 10/10
