There was a very lengthy hiring process. That included 4 total interviews, scheduled a week a part. Initial interview was conducted by phone, followed by a video three person panel interview, followed by 2 separate single person interviews with Sr Leadership.

Phone screen with HR Rep that was about 30 minutes. Then a phone screen with the HR partner for the team where they tried to pitch me on a different position. Finally, a 1:1 virtual with the hiring manager. Took about two months in total.
